AirLoo ("we", "us", "our") provides portable toilets, luxury toilet vans, urinals, hand wash stations, air coolers, mist fans and tower heaters on rent in Bangalore and across Karnataka. This page explains what personal data we collect through airloo.in, why we collect it, and how you can ask us about it.

What we collect

• Enquiry / contact form: your name, phone number, email address, event type, event date, the services you're interested in, and any message you write.
• Reviews (testimonials): your name, an optional email address, the event type, your rating and the review text you submit. Reviews are shown publicly on our website.
• Gallery photos: event photos we upload to our gallery. We do not knowingly publish photos that identify guests without permission.

We do not collect payment details, government ID numbers, or any sensitive personal data through this website.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To contact you about your booking, delivery and collection.
• To display reviews that customers choose to submit.
• To showcase our work through gallery photos.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your contact details for marketing you have not asked for.

How your data is stored

Enquiry form submissions are sent to us by email using EmailJS. Reviews and gallery photos are stored using Google Firebase. Our website also embeds a Google Map on the Contact page, which may set cookies controlled by Google when it loads.

We take reasonable steps to keep this data secure, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and handle your booking, and reviews and gallery photos for as long as they remain relevant to showcasing our services, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or outdated data.
• Delete your data, including removing a review or gallery photo.
• Withdraw any consent you previously gave us.
